Wood Block Puzzle: Food Cart Privacy Policy

Effective Date: 2026-07-31

An individual developer (the “Developer”) operates the mobile game “Wood Block Puzzle: Food Cart” (the “Game”) and publishes this Privacy Policy to explain how information is handled in connection with the Game.

1. General

  1. This policy applies to all users of the Game.
  2. The Game does not require account registration, and the Developer does not operate any server for the Game. However, users may optionally sign in using Google Play Games Services.
  3. Game progress data (stage progress, in-game currency, settings, etc.) is stored on the user’s device by default. If a user signs in with Google Play Games Services, progress data may also be backed up and synced to the cloud (Play Games Saved Games) linked to the user’s Google account. Even in this case, no data is transmitted to any server separately operated by the Developer.

2. Information Collected Directly by the Developer

The Developer does not directly collect personally identifiable information such as name, email address, or phone number from users. The Game does not contain any feature that requires entering personal information, such as account registration, login, forums, or in-app customer support chat.

However, if a user voluntarily sends an email to the Developer for support inquiries, the email address and content of the inquiry are used solely to respond to that inquiry and are deleted within a reasonable period after the matter is resolved.

3. Information Collected via Third-Party Services (SDKs)

The Game uses the following third-party services, each of which may collect information under its own policies. The Developer does not directly access or separately store such information.

1) Google Play Games Services (Sign-In and Cloud Save)

The Game offers an optional Google Play Games sign-in feature. Users can access all features of the Game without signing in, in which case progress data is stored only on the device.

If a user chooses to sign in, the Developer receives Play Games public profile information from Google, such as the player ID, nickname (gamer tag), and profile avatar. In addition, game progress data is backed up and synced to the cloud (Play Games Saved Games) linked to the user’s Google account. This cloud save data is stored on Google’s infrastructure; the Developer does not store it on any separate server and does not use it for any purpose other than the Game’s save/load functionality.

2) Google AdMob (Advertising)

The Game uses Google AdMob to serve rewarded ads and interstitial ads. AdMob may collect device and advertising-related data, including the Advertising ID (AAID), for ad personalization and performance measurement.

Users can reset or limit ad personalization through their device settings (Android Settings > Privacy > Ads).

3) Google Play Billing (In-App Purchases)

In-app purchases in the Game (coin packs, ad removal, etc.) are processed through the Google Play billing system. Payment method information, such as card details entered at checkout, is processed directly by Google, and the Developer has no access to such payment information. The Developer only receives purchase confirmation and item information from Google, which is used to grant in-game currency or items.

4. Purpose of Use

Information collected by third-party services as described in Section 3 is used for the following purposes:

  1. Serving advertisements and measuring ad performance (AdMob)
  2. Processing in-app purchases and verifying purchase history (Google Play Billing)
  3. Preventing fraudulent payments and abuse of the service
  4. Backing up and syncing signed-in users’ game progress data across devices via the cloud (Google Play Games Services)

5. Storage and Deletion

  1. Game progress data is stored on the user’s device by default; no game data is stored on any server operated by the Developer.
  2. If a user signs in with Google Play Games Services, progress data is also stored in the cloud (Play Games Saved Games) linked to the user’s Google account. This data is stored on Google’s infrastructure and is not stored on any server operated by the Developer.
  3. Uninstalling the Game deletes all game data stored on the device. However, data backed up to the cloud may remain in the user’s Google account; see Section 7 for deletion methods.
  4. Storage and deletion of information collected by third-party services (Google Play Games Services, AdMob, Google Play) follow the respective policies of those services.

6. Disclosure to Third Parties

Since the Developer does not separately collect or store users’ personal information, it does not disclose such information to third parties. However, as described in Section 3, player profile and cloud save data may be transmitted to Google upon Google Play Games sign-in, and device and payment-related information may be transmitted to Google through AdMob and Google Play Billing.

7. User Rights

  1. Users may delete all game data stored on their device at any time by uninstalling the Game.
  2. Rights related to advertising identifiers (such as opting out of personalized ads) can be exercised directly through device settings.
  3. Cloud save data created by signing in with Google Play Games Services can be deleted directly through the user’s Google account settings (the data deletion feature in the Play Games app or settings menu), or by requesting deletion from the Developer by email.
  4. If any personal information is held by the Developer (e.g., a support email), users may request access to, correction of, or deletion of such information from the Developer.

8. Children’s Privacy

The Game is not specifically designated as a children’s app and is offered to a general audience. The Developer does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under the applicable age of consent. Where applicable, third-party services (such as advertising SDKs) may apply their own children’s privacy policies in accordance with relevant laws.

9. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be revised due to changes in applicable law, government guidance, or features of the Game (e.g., the introduction of a new SDK). Any changes will be announced in the Game or through an update to this document.
